Return & Refund Policies

Re Books:

Customers can only exchange books purchased with:

- Printing or Binding Errors;

- Missing Pages; or

- Damaged Pages.

Time Limit for Request for Exchange of Book:

Within one month from the date of purchase.

Refunds will only be made under two circumstances:

1. Book purchased is out-of-stock after payment is made, or

2. The wrong book has been sent.

Book exchange or Refund will not be allowed under the following circumstances:

1. Books with dirty marks;

2. Official receipt is lost;

3. Books not listed on our website; or

4. Wrong purchase.
