Re Books:

Return & Refund Policies:

You can only exchange books purchased with:

       - Printing or Binding Errors

       - Missing Pages

       - Skipped Pages

       - Pages Bound Upside Down

Request for exchange is accepted within one month from the date of purchase.

We only refund when:

       - Book purchased is out of stock after your purchase, and you are not willing to wait.

Please note that we will not exchange or refund in the following cases:

       - Wrong purchase. Customer must ensure what you purchase is what you are looking for before checking-out.

       - Used book/have any marking(s) on the book

       - Books which are not purchased from our website.

       - Unable to present our official receipt.
